About Me
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker I desire to help adults with stress management, personal growth, emotional pain, negative self talk and overcoming perfectionism. I specialize in helping adults decolonize their minds, bodies, and souls from ways of being that continue to negatively impact the whole self
I have worked in the field of social work for over thirteen years. Over the course of my career I have worked in a variety of settings with clients of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I earned a masters degree in clinical Social Work from the University of Washington, a BA in Psychology, and a BS in Psychobiology, from La Sierra University in California. I am licensed by the Washington State Department of Health as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Clinical (LW 61389651). I also have a practice certificate in Psychological Trauma Effective Treatment from the University of Washington.
I am a recovering perfectionist and married mother. I enjoy watching telenovelas and sci-fi shows like Dr. Who when I am not gardening, exercising and/or traveling.
